From the Norway spruce being lit on the town common to a tree and other festive decorations inside First Congregational Church, the annual Wiscasset tree-lighting came with schoolchildren singing, Santa, Frosty and Rudolph visiting, and more, including cookies, cocoa and a dusting of snow.
