Reny is a leader
Dear Editor:
I am writing to express my strong support for Cameron Reny’s re-election to the Maine State Senate representing District 13. Cameron has consistently proven herself to be a dedicated advocate for our community, focusing on issues that matter most to us all.
As a champion for the environment, Cameron has been endorsed by the Sierra Club and Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund for her unwavering commitment to addressing climate change. She understands that protecting our natural resources is not only vital for our quality of life but also for the economic well-being of our district. Cameron will continue to fight for bold, science-based action to safeguard our environment for future generations.
Cameron has also made significant strides in making healthcare more affordable. Her leadership on LD 1829, aimed at reducing prescription drug costs, demonstrates her dedication to ensuring that all Mainers have access to necessary medications without facing financial ruin.
Furthermore, Cameron’s work on affordable housing has been instrumental in addressing one of the most pressing issues facing our community. She’s not just talking about solutions—she’s actively implementing them, as seen in her success with LD 724, which expands workforce housing in rural Maine.
Cameron Reny is the leader District 13 needs to continue making meaningful progress on these critical issues. Please join me in voting for her re-election this November.
