Sacrifice and love of country
Dear Editor:
Just read the the amazing account of Curt West's life. What must his generation think of today's cry-babies whining about how awful this country is. Clearly, they have no comprehension of the incredible sacrifices that previous generations made on the battlefields and at home to make this country the great place that it is.
I don't see any exodus of caravans trying to get out of this country; what I do see and hear is a group of loud mouth, spoiled brats influencing (particularly) our young people, and pretty much every "minority" group, that they and their ancestors have been unfairly treated and they now deserve a free ride at the expense of those that worked hard, sacrificed their blood, sweat, and tears and expressed their pride for the U.S.A. If you can't contribute and show your pride in this country, then I say shut up and move out!
Lest I forget, THANK YOU ... Mr. West!
