September closed cases
The following are closed cases for the Lincoln County Courts, for September. All information was provided by the Clerk of Court. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Christopher Pressey, 25, of Lowell, Massachusetts, charges of Criminal Mischief and Reckless Conduct in Boothbay, dismissed.
Sophia Swain Stark, 27, of Wiscasset, probation violated for Stealing Drugs, for which she was sentenced in 2015. On the probation violation, she was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for nine months and one day.
Stewart Wyman, 28, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked for OUI, fined $250; Refusal to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Refusal to Stop, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, and OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 30 days, fined $700, license suspended for three years, registration suspended for three years. Deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol) with two priors.
Zachery Grant Mosher, 23, of Palermo, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures, and deferred disposition for Aggravated Assault and Domestic Violence Assault in Boothbay Harbor.
Evan Curtis Treanor, 22, of Rockland, deferred disposition for Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30 MPH over the speed limit in Edgecomb.
Timothy Peaslee, 47, of Whitefield, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in Wiscasset. Fined $250, ordered to pay restitution of $15.01.
Hannah Witwicki, 18, of East Boothbay, guilty of Operating Without a License, fined $150.
Faye Dowen, 29, of Wiscasset, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months, all suspended, probation of two years.
Timothy Ferrell, 22, of Westport Island, probation violated for OUI (drugs or combo) with one prior, sentenced to jail for four days, probation continued.
Samuel Bassett, 24, of Wiscasset, on a charge of Driving to Endanger, dismissed.
Matthew Pelletier, 34, of Whitefield, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for eight days; and Assault, sentenced to jail for eight days and fined $300 for an incident in Wiscasset; also deferred disposition for Criminal Trespass and Unlawful Sexual Touching, also in Wiscasset.
Christopher Perkins, 36, of Dresden, deferred disposition for Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, and Illegal Possession of a Firearm.
Thomas Harrington, 48, of Woolwich, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 45 suspended, probation of one year, license suspended for three years, registration suspended.
Daniel Herbert Lewis, 26, of Boothbay, guilty of Eluding an Officer, sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections, all but 18 months suspended; Failing to Stop for an Officer, unconditional discharge; Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; Motor Vehicle Speeding 30 MPH over the speed limit, unconditional discharge; Attaching False Plates, unconditional discharge; Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, unconditional discharge; and Refusal to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Refusal to Stop, unconditional discharge. In a separate matter, guilty of Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Refusal to Stop, sentenced to jail for six months.
John Commander, 38, of Hallowell, guilty of OUI (alcohol) – no test, sentenced to jail for 96 hours, fined $600, license suspended 150 days.
Justin Foye, 39, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 30 days; deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, and Failure to Register Vehicle.
Matthew Rice, 39, of Dresden, charges of OUI (alcohol), Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Trespass, dismissed.
Joseph Greenleaf, 29, of Damariscotta, charge of Domestic Violence Assault in Wiscasset, dismissed.
Ronnie Russomano, 45, of Farmingdale, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 60 days for an incident in Boothbay; also deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault with priors.
Dale Skillin, 66, of Wiscasset, on a charge of Violating Conditions of Release, dismissed.
Steven Michael Cherkis, 55, of Dresden, guilty of two counts of Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening with priors, sentenced to jail for three years, all but 45 days suspended, probation of two years; deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault with priors.
Kasey Irish, 35, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, license suspended for 150 days, fined $500. Deferred disposition for Driving to Endanger.
Jasper Clifford Orne, 36, of Pittston, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to jail for three days, for an incident in Westport Island.
David Perry, 35, of Bath, guilty of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument, sentenced to jail for 20 hours, ordered to pay restitution of $150.
Gregory Lemar, 59, of Wiscasset, charges of Criminal Trespass and Violating Conditions of Release, dismissed.
Jasmine Page, 22, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $500, license suspended 150 days.
Trevor Rose, 43, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with a prior, fined $500.
Sage Thomas, 19, of Waterville, guilty of Harassment, sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500.
Nathaniel Grasser. 25. of Alna, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 24 hours.
Jordan Bell, 28, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Fighting, fined $250; and deferred disposition for Assault.
Jeneatha Morse, 33, of Bath, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures; fined $500.
June Murray, 51, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked; fined $250.
Dennis Geller, 72, of Somerville, Massachusetts, deferred disposition for Motor Vehicle Speeding 30 MPH over the speed limit in Wiscasset.
