This winter hasn't been too kind to us as we had to cancel yet another planned community supper due to the snowstorm on Wednesday, Feb. 7. However, it's not too late to plan and make reservations for the next supper scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 21. This meal will feature chicken oregano with potato, veggie, soup, salad, bread and dessert. Make your reservations by noon on Monday, Feb. 19 by calling the Wiscasset Community Center on 882-8230.  See you there!

Upcoming community suppers are scheduled for Wednesday, March 7 featuring Guinness beef stew with soup, salad, bread and cake for March birthdays celebration. Then on Wednesday, March 21 we will be having mac and cheese with ham slices, soup, salad, bread  and dessert.

As always, if Wiscasset schools are closed,  have early dismissal or the Wiscasset Community Center closes due to inclement weather on an evening when there is a supper scheduled, the meal will be canceled. If, however, the schools have a delayed opening, the scheduled supper will be served .

The cribbage scores for Thursday, Jan. 25 were Frank Redman first, (821), Arlene Steen second (820), Pam Frenier third (816). Nancy Wright low score (732) and Phoebe Cromwell high hand (24).
