Note your calendars and plan to attend a baked haddock supper on Wednesday, July 11 at 5 p.m. July birthdays will be celebrated after dinner. Make reservations for this supper by noon on Monday, July 9 by calling the Wiscasset Community Center on 882-8230. As always chicken is available as an alternative entree but must be specified with the meal reservation. The Wednesday, July 25 supper will feature meatloaf as the entree. All are welcome!

Looking ahead, in August we will resume having suppers on the first and third Wednesdays. On Aug. 1 Chef Julie will prepare a yummy veggie lasagna with a side of meatballs and sausage. On Aug. 15 we will have our annual summer chicken barbecue.

The cribbage scores for Tuesday, June 26 were Marlene Rines first (838), a tie for second with Marge Pooler and Arlene Steen (827), Ann Merry third (819), Bob Gilman low score (687) and Ann Merry high hand (24).

The cribbage scores for Thursday, June 28 were Nancy Wright first (847), Phoebe Cromwell second (830), Dick Grondin third (818), Joan Grondin low score (716) and Marge Pooler high hand (20).

The Thursday night cribbage players would like to thank Rev. Josh Kitterling and the First Congregational Church for allowing us to use the Fellowship Hall while the Wiscasset Community Center was closed due to staff training on June 28.
