The following are closed cases at the Lincoln County Courts for June. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk of Courts. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Mia Clark, 31, of Naples, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $600.
Graham Bennett, 31, of Cheshire, Connecticut, guilty of Operating a Watercraft Under the Influence, fined $600.
Lawrence Tyler McKenney, 33, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days. Also deferred disposition for OUI (drugs or combo).
Patricia Eon, 33, of Wiscasset, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days. Also deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol) with one prior.
Gary Joslyn, Jr., 44, of Wiscasset, guilty of Aggravated Forgery, sentenced to 12 months in the Department of Corrections; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Ervin Melanson, 27, of Topsham, guilty of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, sentenced to jail for two years, six months, all but 60 days suspended, probation of two years, and ordered to pay restitution of $2,000; and deferred disposition for Burglary, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and Criminal Mischief.
Ryan Morrill, 32, of North Monmouth, guilty of Sexual Abuse of a Minor, sentenced to three years, six months, all but 12 months suspended in the Department of Corrections; deferred disposition for two additional charges of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
Angela Wellman, 30, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and fined $500; and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, and fined $400.
Todd Stead, 49, of Westport Island, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 60 days, all but 12 days suspended, probation of one year, and fined $700, and license and registration suspended for three years.
Michael Lewis, 58, of St. Petersburg, Florida, guilty of Operation of a Defective Vehicle, fined $250.
Lori Cash, 60, of Newcastle, deferred disposition on four charges of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.
Robert Lee Wilkie, 54, of Boothbay, deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Devon Kaufman, 25, of South China, guilty of Failure to Comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act, first offense, sentenced to 24 hours in jail and fined $190.
John Coffey, 71, of Bath, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, ordered to pay restitution of $3.22.
Gage Wahlstrom, 24, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to six days in jail, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days; and Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for six days.
Charles Banfield, 87, of Edgecomb, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, ordered to pay restitution of $164.45.
Taylor Delano, 18, of Wiscasset, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $150; and Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $150.
Rhonda Burns, 47, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating while License Suspended or Revoked, with prior, fined $750.
Lucinda Chances, 53, of Boothbay, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $100.
John Nelson, 31, of Wiscasset, in two separate incidents each consisting of two charges, guilty of Allowing a Dog to Be at Large, fined $200 total.
Jessica Cressey, 30, of Wicassset, fined $50 for Allowing a Dog to Be At Large.
Rainer Wuchererer, 58, of Bath, fined $100 for Operating at Greater than Headway Speed.
