The following are the closed cases in Lincoln County Unified Courts for June. All information was provided by the Clerk of Courts. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Alifeliti Vailea, 35, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures. Fined $500.
Brandon Raye, 35, of Cushing, guilty of Failure to Appear for Disclosure or Contempt Hearing in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 14 days.
Ian Kennedy, 42, of Nobleboro, six counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in Damariscotta, dismissed.
Robert Gay, 36, of Gardiner, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband in Wiscasset, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 30 months. Deferred disposition for Stealing Drugs.
William Thomas Cost III, 60, of Randolph, charges of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked and Violating Conditions of Release in Dresden, dismissed.
Nicholas Hodgdon, 25, of Boothbay, probation violated for a charge of Domestic Violence in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 14 days, probation continued.
Amber St. Pierre, 24, of Hallowell, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, fined $400.
Patricia Christ, 31, of Damariscotta, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for seven days, restitution of $60 ordered. In a separate matter, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but seven days suspended, probation of two years; Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for seven days; and deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release. In a related matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Rena Whitney, 34, of Belgrade, guilty of Forgery, sentenced to jail for 30 days; deferred disposition on a second count of Forgery.
Dawson French, 20, of Falmouth, on a charge of Attaching False Plates in Damariscotta, dismissed.
Alhadji Dean, 75, of Edgecomb, on a charge of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, dismissed.
Evan Morrow, 24, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
David Peter Clifford, 26, of Edgecomb, guilty of Allowing a Minor to Possess or Consume Alcohol, sentenced to jail for 18 days, fined $500.
Rowena Tegerero, 41, of Edgecomb, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, fined $250; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.
Alexander Laurelez, 23, of Topsham, guilty of Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to six years in the Department of Corrections, all but two years suspended, probation of three years, fined $400; also guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years, all but two suspended, probation of three years.

Devon Leonard, 27, of Gilead, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for nine months and one day, deferred disposition for Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs.
Ashley MacLellan, 37, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, fined $400.
Cameron Chapman, 19, of Bath, on a charge of Operating a Vehicle Without a License in Wiscasset, dismissed.

Sheila Cyr, 67, of Newcastle, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for five days, license suspended for one year and 60 days, fined $500; deferred disposition for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Stephanie Libby, 30, of Waldoboro, guilty of Violating Condition of Release in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
