The following are closed cases for October. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Heather Brewer, 29, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of three years, fined $400.
Gary Balducci Jr., 41, of Damariscotta, probation violation for Theft by Deception for an incident in Boothbay, sentenced to 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Tyson Servisky, 33, of Stockton Springs, guilty of one charge of Assault in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 90 days. Deferred disposition on a second charge of Assault.
Jeffrey Peaslee, 32, of Dresden, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Loud Noise, in a private place. Sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Jeffrey Bodge, 42, of Dresden, probation violation for OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for seven days, probation partially revoked.
Alice McDonald, 24, of Oakland, guilty of Endangering the Welfare of a Child for an incident in Dresden, unconditional discharge.
Tracey Williams, 24, of Woolwich, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to jail for three years, all but 29 days suspended, probation of two years.
Terry Holmes, 57, of Boothbay, guilty of Falsifying Physical Evidence.
Matthew Tilton, 28, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License or with Conditions and Restrictions, fined $250. Deferred disposition for Driving to Endanger.
Travis Dobson, 34, of Boothbay, deferred disposition on a charge of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, and Violating Conditions of Release. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days, and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked – OUI, sentenced to jail for seven days, fined $600, license suspended for one year, registration suspended. In another matter, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, priors, sentenced to jail for one year, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year, restitution of $925; Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days; and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, sentenced to jail for seven days.
