A Lincoln County grand jury rose with indictments, or lists of charges, Nov. 13. 

Julian Gonzalez, 32, of El Paso, Texas, was charged with one Class A count of Gross Sexual Assault, and one Class C count of Gross Sexual Assault, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor on Sept. 16.

Martin Clark-Castillo, 31, of Bath was charged with one Class C count of Violations of Conditions of Release for an incident in Dresden, by allegedly contacting a victim of a crime and witness to a crime while on bail on July 30.
