What will it be?
Will this be a spring mild in weather and COVID counts, helping it be a good one for businesses and everyone else?
What will turnouts be for the remaining annual town meetings, in the gatherings, and at the polls? Will you vote this local election season? Will you run for something?
Where nearby will you go this spring that you have never been? Where will you go that you look forward to going each spring, when snow is gone and the temperature is much more comfortable?
Will you wear a hat, sunscreen, both, or neither to protect your skin?
Have you worn a T-shirt yet this spring? Have you put your gloves or mittens away, and have you taken them back out?
Will the atrocities in Ukraine end, and how? What will it take for Russia to say, “Enough,” and “No more.” Will it? The international risks of the U.S. or others doing more than they already are for Ukraine are more than I am equipped to fathom. But either way, what happens next, there and elsewhere? The world learned from the Holocaust, or did it?
Week’s positive parting thought: Do as much as you can of what you want and what you should do this spring. Take no days for granted, even the rainy ones.
