Next meeting features pruning program

The Garden Club of Wiscasset held its February meeting on February 6 at the First Congregational Church in Wiscasset. We enjoyed an informative talk by Sally Howe on ferns.
The featured speaker was Robin Robinson, a gardener and bird photographer. Robin entertained the club with her amazing and beautiful photographs of birds as well as her colorful descriptions. Pictured is Robin with program director Laurel Spear.
After the speaker, we enjoyed tea, coffee and goodies.
The next meeting of The Garden Club of Wiscasset will be held March 6 at 12:30 p.m. at the First Congregational Church in Wiscasset and will feature a program ”Pruning Shrubs and Trees for Health and Appearance” by Jeff Gillis from Well Tree, Inc.
