Last nods for Charm Thai, Wiscasset Yacht Club, Montsweag Woods requests
Wiscasset Yacht Club got its OK Monday night to fix riprap that took storm damage last January. Wiscasset planning board's Jackie Lowell said via email later, everything on the night's agenda passed. Chair Karl Olson said he could not get Zoom going in the town office's meeting room.
Documents Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission Executive Director Emily Rabbe released Friday show Olson has signed a Dec. 4 decision in favor of the site plan for Charm Thai, 762 Bath Road at the former Miss Wiscasset Diner. The board Nov. 25 agreed to have Olson sign after Rabbe found the proposal conformed. Monday's agenda called for entering the decision into the record.
Also before the board was Montsweag Woods' proposed change to a boundary line between two of the subdivision's 14 lots. According to Rabbe's advance letter to the board, the change was to meet a required 10-foot setback on one of the two lots. Olson said the board did not call for a pubic hearing; the board found the application complete and approved the amendment to the subdivision.
