Summonses
Michael B. Cox, 50, of Somerville was issued a summons March 25 for Disorderly Conduct, on Sand Hill Road, Somerville, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Don Chasse, 62, of Somerville was issued a summons March 25 for Disorderly Conduct, on Sand Hill Road, Somerville, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
John E. Call, 55, of Waldoboro was issued a summons March 28 for Taking Shellfish without a License, on Waldoboro Road, Bremen, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Mark E. Green, 70, of New Harbor was issued a summons March 30 for Criminal Trespass, on Bay Pines, Bristol, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Arrests
Finn Jaaskelainen, 18, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested March 17 for Violating Condition of Release, on Oak Street, Boothbay Harbor, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Phillip R. Owen, 64, of Boothbay was arrested March 18 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Violation of Rule Deer Permit, on Back Narrows Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Peter J. Bathgate, 49, of Edgecomb was arrested March 28 for Domestic Violence Assault; Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon; Domestic Violence Terrorizing; Aggravated Reckless Conduct and Operating Under the Influence, on Mt. Hunger West, Edgecomb, by Deputy Kasey Doyle, who was assisted at the scene by Sgt. Matthew Day, Deputy Jerold Winslow and Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Byrlynne M. Ellis, 46, of Damariscotta was arrested March 29 for Disorderly Conduct, on Jackies Trail, Damariscotta, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Tommel Johnson, 36, of Augusta was arrested March 30 on three Kennebec County warrants for Violation of Bail, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Accident
On March 25, an accident occurred on River Road in Newcastle involving Nicole C. Pray, 33, of Windsor. Ms. Pray was operating her 2023 Nissan Rogue southbound when she struck a deer that was in the roadway. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
