Meet Sadie, our beloved baker at the Southport General Store!

 Breads are her passion, and she loves the challenge they bring. Recently, Sadie took on the cranberry cinnamon pecan bread, a dense recipe that required extra rise time. After many tries, she perfected it, and the results are nothing short of amazing!

Sadie moved to Southport six years ago and quickly made it her home. She loves the people and the sense of community, and we love her just as much! When she’s not in the bake shop, Sadie enjoys being outside, reading, and doing crafts. Sadie’s hardworking and positive attitude make her an absolute joy to be around. We are so lucky to have her on our team!

She’s excited to dive into the world of pastries and pastry dough, which would open up new possibilities for her work. She’s even considering learning candy making! Stay tuned for more delicious creations from Sadie!
