Refund Policy
Subscriptions: Print and eEdition subscriptions are paid in advance. No refunds for early termination of subscriptions.
Advertisements (Classified and Display - Print and Online): Advertisements are purchased in one week increments. Customers, who have prepaid for advertising, are entitled to a refund for the remaining, unused portion of the ad order if cancelled before completion. A refund will be based on the pro-rated whole weeks remaining from the original ad order, less any discounts that no longer apply due to shortened length of the ad order. There will be no partial week refunds.
Online Memberships (Affiliate, Social Media): Online Membership programs are purchased in monthly increments. Customers, who have prepaid for memberships, are entitled to a refund for the remaining, unused portion of the membership if cancelled before completion. A refund will be based on the pro-rated whole months remaining in the membership, less any discounts that no longer apply due to shortened length of membership. There will be no partial month refunds.
Refunds for payments made by credit card will be made to the credit card. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
