David Hagan’s previous career in customer service has prepared him well for his current career as an Associate Broker at Newcastle Realty. Having filled a variety of positions including sales, training, and account management, David understands and appreciates the importance of working with different ideas, personalities, and diverse backgrounds. This appreciation helps him excel when working with real estate clients on either side of the transaction. Often described as thoughtful and responsive, David relies on his excellent listing skills and ability to adapt to the particular needs of each client and transaction.

Having bought and sold a number of his own personal properties, David uses these experiences to connect with his real estate clients. When asked what he most enjoys about working in real estate, David shared the feelings of pride and accomplishment when helping first-time home buyers find their new home. David has been with Newcastle Realty for five years and says the company’s commitment to community involvement made it an easy choice to join the team.

Currently residing in Damariscotta with his wife and children, David has called Maine home for over 20 years. In his free time, David enjoys exploring the great outdoors, visiting the many wonderful restaurants and breweries located in the Mid-coast region, and spending time on his boat with his family.
