Dear Editor:

I noticed on Dec. 26 at the Wiscasset dump, one of the busiest dump days, only two bays of the three-bay garage was open with four or five cars in each line to get in. Why is this and town workers are holding up the lines by having five-minute coversations with friends that come in?

Three bays should always be open to get people in and out in a timely matter.
