Kerr+Jones Gallery in East Boothbay will host a live auction and reception on Thursday, Sept. 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. to benefit the Boothbay Region Community Resource Council. The BRCRC serves residents in need of food, heating fuel, clothing and addiction outreach services. Its mission …”Helping neighbors help themselves!”

Many gallery artists have donated small works of art in a variety of mediums  by Susan Bartlett Rice, Andrea Peters, David Witbeck and MJ Benson. Fine craft items include a sterling silver cuff bracelet by jeweler Kate Jones (Ursa Major), sterling silver earrings and a pair of hand etched brass bangles by Kathleen Jones, iconic oyster plates by Alison Evans (AE Ceramics), Japanese linen apron by Bowerbird Studio (Betsy Leighton), decoupage glass items by Diana Kerr, and unique Moroccan ceramics. The gallery will post images of auction items on Instagram (@kerrjonesgallery) and Facebook (Kerr+Jones Fine Art and Craft).
