Sylvan Gallery is proud to present “Small Pleasures,” our 12th annual holiday exhibition of small works of art by eighteen contemporary artists from December 1 through January 27, 2013. The opening reception will be on Saturday, Dec. 1 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Join us for an afternoon of exceptional fine art, holiday cheer and light refreshments. Small Pleasures showcases oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, and photography with an emphasis on small to medium sized works, perfect for holiday gift giving. The subject matter presented is the artistsʼ choice. There will be a large selection of paintings capturing the beauty and atmosphere of the coastal landscape, rural country and woodland scenes, as well as classical still lifes and figurative works.
