Garden Club of Wiscasset resumes meetings

The Garden Club of Wiscasset resumes monthly meetings at the First Congregational Church in Wiscasset, on Sept. 7 after a summer hiatus. Flower design practice is at 11 a.m. The business meeting starts at 12:30 p.m. This month's featured program is a presentation by Hammond Buck of Plants Unlimited of Rockport on ornamental grasses at 1 p.m. Refreshments are served after the program, which is free of charge and open to the public.
