To celebrate the gift giving season, the Art at the Grill series host seven artists, with seven very different styles and mediums. A festive holiday reception will be held Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 4 - 5 p.m. that will include the option of staying for a prix fixe dinner at 5, for $22, with a trio of wine pairings for $8.
In the spirit of community giving, a portion of the dinner proceeds will be used to fund a scholarship for a Lincoln Academy student pursuing an art education. Join us for a lively evening with delicious food, meet the artists, and choose a unique and memorable gift for the holidays.
Art exhibited include encaustics by Lonie Ellis, oil paintings by Doug Houle, photographs by Jim Nyce, oil and watercolors by Susan Tilton Pecora, watercolor illustrations by Sara Lynn Richards, pastels by Kim Skillin Traina and colored pencil renderings by Cheryl Young.
The Holiday Art Show will run from Dec. 2 through Jan. 13.
The Damariscotta River Grill is on Main Street, Damariscotta, and open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Check our our website, damariscottarivergrill.com or follow us on Facebook. For more information on Art at the Grill, please contact Kim Traina, jumpstartcreative@gmail.com.
