Dear Editor:

For the past 25 years, Holly Stover has devoted herself to public service.  Serving her community, especially children, she is now ready to serve all of us in House District 89.  She has shown herself to be tireless and tenacious in her efforts to help families, children, the less advantaged and the environment.  Her opponent seems more focused on advancing the privileged and cares little for the environment (her environment vote rating is only 13 percent per the Conservation Law Foundation’s 2018 legislator ratings).

Here is what Holly has to say about her priorities:

“When elected, my priorities will be: ensuring affordable healthcare for all Maine citizens through Medicaid expansion; helping communities find ways to provide a range of housing options in order to keep young people, families and workers living here; and expanding educational opportunities for all kinds of students from vocational education, to skilled trades, to apprenticeships, to four-year degrees.”
