Almost every year since 2010 there has been an Iris sale in Edgecomb. Louise Hardina raises these irises in Damariscotta. Irises are her passion.

This year there are about a dozen different varieties to share in very limited quantities. The sale will take place at the Edgecomb Community Church at 15 Cross Point Road in Edgecomb on Saturday, July 6 from 9 a.m. until noon (or until all are sold).

These are generous plants and are priced at $8 per pot. There will be some unidentified bare root iris offered as a free bonus with every purchase while they last. All proceeds will help fund the church’s local mission and outreach programs.
