All children’s books are on sale at half price from now through Thursday, May 16 at the Skidompha Secondhand Book Shop in downtown Damariscotta.

The sale includes hundreds of hardcover and paperback books for children of all ages, from board books for the youngest children to fiction for young adults. The collection includes children’s classics, series books, works of Newbery Award and Caldecott Award winners, and much more. 

The book shop is located on the river at 17 Backstreet Landing and is open every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All items are donated, all staff members are volunteers, and proceeds support the collections and programs of Skidompha Public Library. Donations are accepted whenever the shop is open.
