Learn about carpal tunnel syndrome at ‘Doc Talk’ Aug. 26
Join Orthopedic Surgeon Ross Feller, MD and LincolnHealth Surgical Service Director Jessica Pinkham to learn more about carpal tunnel syndrome at the next ‘Doc Talk.’ The event takes place on Monday, Aug. 26 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Arrowsmith Center, 40 Belvedere Road, Damariscotta.
Dr. Feller specializes in hand surgery and will take you behind the scenes and into the Operating Room as he performs a carpal tunnel release. He will also discuss what carpal tunnel is, what can cause it, and non-surgical interventions that are available. If surgery is needed, attendees will learn what to expect during carpal tunnel release surgery, expected recovery post-surgery and the success rate of the procedure. There will be time allotted for questions.
The program is presented free of charge and sponsored by Bangor Savings Bank. A light breakfast will be provided, and pre-registration is required. You can reserve your spot by calling 563-4085 or emailing Julie.DeLong@mainehealth.org
