Live Edge Music Festival tickets on sale now
Save the date: Sunday, August 11. Midcoast Conservancy is happy to announce the seventh annual Live Edge music festival at Hidden Valley Nature Center. It’s a fun-filled day of live music, great local food and beer, and even belly dancers — all set in the midst of HVNC’s 1,000 acres of trails, pond shore frontage and bogs.
This year’s all-Maine musical lineup includes Primo Cubano, Tricky Britches, Sibylline and Paranoid Social Club — a testament to the vibrant local music scene. The festival will also feature local belly dance troupe Sirumem. Local food and beer will be available all day, from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
To sweeten the deal, advance ticket buyers receive a $20 voucher good for a second entrée at 12 participating restaurants; at $20 per ticket, festival entry is practically free once the voucher is used.
Tickets are available at Mexicali Blues, Sheepscot General Store, the Alna General Store, and Midcoast Conservancy’s office in Edgecomb, as well as online at www.midcoastconservancy.org/events/live-edge-music-festival-2/
Live Edge is supported by long-time sponsors Cribstone Capital, Ames Supply and Mexicali Blues. Proceeds from Live Edge support Midcoast Conservancy, whose mission is to support healthy lands, waters, and communities in Midcoast Maine through conservation, outdoor adventure and learning.
