Dear Editor:
The election of the senator from Maine in 2020 will be determined by Ranked Choice Voting.
The election of the congressmen from Maine in 2020 will be determined by Ranked Choice Voting.
LD 1083 recently passed by the Maine Legislature extends Ranked Choice Voting to include the presidential primary and general elections. Some voters get a second vote.
Is this what the framers of our state constitution intended?
