Savory Maine in Damariscotta announces its February music series featuring local and Midcoast musicians. These entertaining and talented musicians perform every Thursday and Saturday, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Come for the music and a bowl of chowder, a burger, a beer, a cup of tea, dessert or a full meal.

On Thursday, Feb. 13 Jeff Herbster returns, followed by Bob White on February 15, a songwriter in the style of the late Jim Croce; on February 20 it's the exuberant "The Rusty Hinges" group, and Giff Jamison on February 22. Gary McCue will close out the month on February 27.

Savory Maine is located at 11 Water Street, Damariscotta. Savory Maine is open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., serving lunch and dinner and on Sunday, brunch and dinner.

The restaurant sources most of its food from Maine and essentially all of it is organically grown or wild harvested. Come in and enjoy what Maine has to offer as we collectively build a sustainable food system one delicious bite at a time. Savory Maine is proud to support local farmers, fishers, foragers, food producers, artists and musicians!

The dining room is available for private events and classes in the morning and all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
