Dear Editor:
As a former Alna Board of Selectmen member serving with Doug Baston for four years, I have nothing but respect for Doug.

His commitment to the fiscal well-being of the town, communication skills and ability to mediate in sometimes complex situations for the best outcomes, always impressed me.

Doug is the best person for the job and is why I’m voting for Doug as selectman
