David Harewood (Homeland) and Zachary Quinto (Star Trek) play feuding political rivals in James Graham’s (Sherwood) multiple award-winning political thriller. Enrollment in season six of the Classic Film Club - Legends & Lovers - opens Sept. 1! Join us for season six of Lincoln Theater’s Classic Film Club, celebrating the “Legends and Lovers” of Hollywood. Host and Film Historian, Jeannie MacDonald, will take us on a journey through these classic couples over six films from October through March. Enrollment at $55 per person includes admission to all six screenings, free popcorn, and a free beverage from the bar or concessions. “Our American Family” - (NR; 1 hour, 28 minutes)- Free - “There’s Only One Place To Go After Rock Bottom.” Addiction is an all-encompassing force, in not only the lives of the afflicted, but also those around them. Lincoln Theater and Healthy Lincoln County are pleased to present a free screening of the documentary film, “Our American Family,” an honest, unfiltered look at a close-knit Philadelphia family dealing with generational substance abuse. Captured at a pivotal “nothing to lose” moment, five family members each struggle to transcend their crippling histories. We are pleased to welcome Linda, the matriarch of the family, who will be joining us via Zoom for a talkback following the screening. And joining us in person are Nick Loscocco, Options Coordinator for Lincoln County, as well as Sharon Bailey of Jefferson, who will share their knowledge and experience with addiction and substance abuse here in Lincoln County.
