Acting Class for Adults – How to Play on the Stage - Lincoln Theater and Frances Mercanti-Anthony invite you to kick off 2025 with a brand new acting class! Acting is an empathy-based art form. The ability to crawl into someone else’s skin, and inhabit their being is a learned skill, and one rooted in trust, and truth. The journey there is one of constant discovery, and wonder. Who are we, really, and who are we when we are pretending to be someone else? That’s some of the stuff that we are going to explore through text exploration, physicality, and performance. Come join us to dive into character work, and play, on the stage! Classes will be held at Lincoln Theater, Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Jan. 7 and continuing through Tuesday, Feb. 25 (8 classes in total). Enrollment is $200 and is limited to 12 participants. Visit LincolnTheater.org to enroll today.
