On Wednesday, Feb. 6, Chef Christopher Anderson will once again bring his culinary talents to Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, on Barters Island Road in Boothbay, where he will prepare the Kitchen Garden Series Dinner for the month.
The multi-course meal, which begins at 6 p.m., will be an opportunity to enjoy several of Anderson’s signature dishes amid beautiful surroundings and in good company. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. Prices, which include wine and gratuities, are $75 for Gardens members and $90 for non-members. To sign up, call 207-633-4333, ext. 101, by Friday, Feb. 1.
Additional monthly dinners are already scheduled for most of 2013. The chefs who participate are notable for their commitment to using locally grown, sustainably produced foods. The next three chefs who will present Kitchen Garden Series Dinners at the Gardens are Molly Basile of Marché in Rockport, Karin Guerin of Boat House Bistro in Boothbay Harbor with an all-Austrian menu, and Eloise Humphrey of El Camino Cantina in Brunswick.
