Wiscasset fields requests for cannabis store, Wiscasset Ford project
With only interior work proposed, Wiscasset’s planning board Monday night waived a site survey and site plan for Seafoam’s requested retail cannabis business at 493 Gardiner Road. The board is having Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission Executive Director Emily Rabbe review the proposal and get back to the board to consider approval.
Also Monday, the board set a 4:30 p.m. April 22 site visit for Wiscasset Ford’s requested renovations and an addition a project representative said would be about 1,900 square feet.
