Arrests/summonses
Oct. 18, Gary W. Joslyn, 46, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Abandonment of Watercraft and Violating Condition of Release, by Chief Lawrence Hesseltine.
Oct. 18, Joseph A. Marco, 53, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, by Hesseltine.
Oct. 22, Brian E. Tomacelli, 35, of Damariscotta was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, by Officer Hunter Farrell.
Oct. 23, James Coutu, 41, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension, by Farrell.
Oct. 25, Roxann E. Calkins-Renfro, 52, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Driving to Endanger, by Farrell.
Oct. 27, Philip E. Nickerson, 36, of Stockton Springs was arrested for OUI (Alcohol), Operating After License Suspension, Driving to Endanger and Refusing to Sign Criminal Summons, by Officer Nathan Willhoite.
Oct. 31, Ryan J. Whitten, 41, of Woolwich was arrested for Operating After License Suspension, OUI (Drugs or Combo) and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, by Farrell and Willhoite.
Accidents
Oct. 28, Farrell responded to an accident on Bath Road. Donna Cundy, 54, of Monhegan was traveling northbound when a deer entered the roadway. No injuries were reported.
Oct. 29, Farrell responded to an accident on Bath Road. Haili Hardwick, 46, of Boothbay Harbor was traveling northbound when a deer entered the roadway. No injuries were reported.
Oct. 30, Farrell responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Shannon Havener, 36, of West Bath was northbound stopped to turn. Casidhe Daniels, 31, of Manchester, traveling northbound, was struck by Havener as Daniels was passing. No injuries were reported.
Oct. 31, Sgt. Perry Hatch responded to a crash on Gardiner Road. Mark Sleeper, 42, of Wiscasset was traveling southbound when a deer stepped into the roadway. No injuries were reported.
