The stewardship committee of the historic Pownalborough Court House in Dresden invites the public to a special Voices from the Past tour on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Will you meet a ghost? The public is invited for a night of historical spooks.

There will be plenty of hot cider, cookies and scares. Admission is $5 for adults; children 12 and under are free.

The Pownalborough Court house, built in 1761, was in use as a court house through the Revolutionary War. The house museum is maintained by the Lincoln County HIstorical Association (LCHA). For more information on LCHA, visit www.lincolncountyhistory.org
