Holly has everybody’s back
Dear Editor:
Getting a bill passed to expand treatment for opioid use, participating in the bipartisan effort to support Maine families, workers, and businesses during the Covid pandemic, and along with Chloe Maxmin, Holly Stover, who cosponsored the resolution, received 100% ratings on votes to support state workers.
Holly introduced the ban of single use plastic bags to help maintain Maine’s ecosystem.
Holly was appointed to serve on the Commission to Study Long-term Care Workforce Issues. She recognizes the dire need for staffing to provide much needed care for our growing senior population.
Holly continues to be a leader in advocating for state funding to address domestic violence and sexual assault services.
