Spring craft fair, bean supper to-go
Spring is on the way and, to celebrate, Morris Farm in Wiscasset is holding its first craft fair and bean supper of 2021. Join us Saturday, March 13 for a varied selection of crafts and a take-away bean supper.
The craft fair opens at 9 a.m. with crafters set up throughout the buildings. Crocheted items, hand-milled soaps and handcrafted jewelry are just a few of the options. Crafters will be on hand until 2 p.m.
The bean supper to-go features both traditional and vegetarian baked beans. Each serving will come with ham, cole slaw, biscuit, beans and cookies for dessert. Servings will be packaged to-go and ready to warm up at home. Pre-ordering and curbside delivery are available by emailing info@morrisfarm.org or calling 882-4080 before noon on Friday, March 12. Leave your name, number of meals and telephone number. Please specify traditional or vegetarian, and the approximate time you will be picking up. Cost of the dinner is $8 each or two for $15, cash or check. Dinners will be available until 4 p.m. or when they run out.
All attending are required to follow CDC guidelines with masking and social distancing. Hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be available.
