There is a winner of the fundraising raffle associated with the Mathias Fine Art gallery’s “Blue & Yellow: Persist” show, which has now ended. The drawing of the winning ticket was on Wednesday, Oct. 5.

Arts & Entertainment Editor Lisa Kristoff of  the Boothbay Register & Wiscasset Newspaper, (in her role as Fortuna) pulled the ticket number #707007 for an original watercolor painting. Congratulations to Nancy Adams, a resident of East Boothbay, was delighted with the news and said this is a first for her. She  has never before won anything in a fundraising raffle.  

And a big thank you to all who contributed to the effort of raising funds for Women for Women International - Ukraine Relief Fund and Ukrainian National Women’s League of America two humanitarian organizations dedicated to helping Ukrainian refugees and displaced persons.
