Technology workshop June 25 in Thomaston
Coastal Maine Regional Broadband, a Digital Equity partner with the Maine Connectivity Authority, is hosting a Midcoast regional IT and Adult Ed Workshop on Tuesday, June 25 at the South Thomaston Library.
This free workshop is open to educators, school IT staff, School and Adult Ed administrators, and others interested in online education. The 8:30 am to 3 pm event will cover Tech Review and Best Practices for Classroom Use (such as cameras, sound systems, and software needs), Adult Ed courses, and more. Participants will share and discuss tools, resources and strategies for expanding online education in local schools and adult ed programs (including different hardware, software and platforms), and how to support students with tech issues, among other topics.
