LincolnHealth Community Meeting returns to in-person gathering July 19
After more than a year of meeting via Teams, the LincolnHealth Community Meetings will return to an in-person format on Friday, July 19 at 9 a.m. at the Community Room at the Watson Health Center, 24 Miles Center Way, Damariscotta.
Several years ago, these meetings began in both Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta to keep the community well-informed about what’s happening at LincolnHealth and within the MaineHealth system. Meetings expanded to Wiscasset prior to being halted by COVID-19.
Cindy Wade, BSN, MHA, LincolnHealth president and Tim Fox, MD, chief medical officer, will be on hand at this meeting. The agenda includes information on the MaineHealth rebranding project; where patients should go for care and the differences between walk-in care, urgent care and emergency care; the new primary care building project in Waldoboro; the addition of a school-based health center in Wiscasset; and an introduction to our new providers and new philanthropy events.
For those who cannot make it and wish to join via Teams, contact Julie.DeLong@mainehealth.org for the link. For more information, call Reven Oliver at (207) 563-4082. The event is free and open to anyone.
