Free 3 p.m. class for novice and experienced baker/designers kicks off the gingerbread madness season at the Opera House (86 Townsend Ave.). Learn the ins and outs of designing and decorating gingerbread structures with Instructor: Kevin Kiley. Advance registration required! Participants must call the Opera House by Nov. 18 at 207-633-6855. For all ages, but those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
