Resident Services Coordinator
Working in our independent
living area, the primary
responsibilities of this
position are to provide
assistance to independent living
apartment and cottage
residents, as well as general
staff support to the Resident
Services and Marketing
Departments. Note: PSS (Personal
Support Specialist)
certification may be obtained
within first 90 days of hire,
paid for by the Village.
Position offers full benefits
and can be a 32hr or 40hr work
week. Primary Responsibilities:
• Provides daily transportation
(van service) • Provides back-up
to front desk coverage • Posts
activity and event information •
Delivers packages, groceries,
and other items to residents •
Takes residents on trips and
outings using mini-van or
shuttle bus • Sets-up areas for
activities (movie, speaker,
music group, etc.) • Assists
with- or oversees- resident
activities and events • Oversees
the resident emergency call
system • General clerical and
administrative assistance •
Provides tech support to
residents * (cell phone, iPad,
PC, laptop) * Note: This is not
a requirement of the job.
