The Merrymeeting chapter of the National Active of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) will be held Oct. 15 at 11:15 a.m. at the Fairground Café, Topsham Fair Mall, Topsham.

Chapter 1796 of the NARFE invites all retired and active federal employees to attend.

Guest speaker will be Amanda Grey of Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield speaking about 2015 FEHB Health Insurance.
