Absentee ballots for Alna’s March 25 town election will be available from Friday, Feb. 25 through Tuesday, March 22 at the town office, Town Clerk Lisa Arsenault said. Call the town office at 586-5313 for more information; ballots may be turned in ahead of Election Day or while the polls are open Election Day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the fire station.

Arsenault said First Selectman Ed Pentaleri and Road Commissioner Jeff Verney are the lone candidates on the ballot for those offices, the only ones up for election.
