Barring any write-in runs, there will be no contests for Alna seats up for election March 21.
Town Clerk Amy Warner said the only people turning in nomination papers by the February 4 deadline were incumbents David Abbott, for first selectman; Jeff Verney, for road commissioner; and Ralph Hilton, for representative to Regional School Unit 12; and a new, unopposed candidate for treasurer, Aaron Miller.
The town's current treasurer, Honora Perkins, has said she was not seeking reelection.
