April closed court cases
The following closed cases were reported by the Lincoln County Clerk of Courts for April. Unless otherwise noted, sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Nicholas Wallace, 29, of Boothbay, guilty of Burglary. No sentence imposed.
Kristina Donahue, 39, of Damariscotta, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to four years in jail, all but nine months suspended, probation two years; restitution of $240 ordered. In a separate matter, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, fined $250, restitution of $63.01 ordered.
Russell Golden, 51, of Bath, probation violation for Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days.
Gregory Miller, 35, of Onset, Massachusetts, probation violation for Operating a Watercraft Under the Influence Causing Serious Injury, stemming from an incident in Boothbay Harbor on July 7, 2016. Miller was sentenced to jail for two years, all but 60 days suspended, and probation continued for two years.
John Renchen, 23, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise, fined $50. Deferred disposition on Domestic Violence Assault.
Andrew Seddon, 37, of Wiscasset, probation revoked for Contact with a Child Under 14 in a Restricted Zone, stemming from an incident on April 3, 2017 at Wiscasset Middle High School. Sentenced to jail for 60 days, and probation revoked. In another matter, guilty of Falsifying Physical Evidence, sentenced to jail for 60 days.
Mark James, 51, of Edgecomb, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to jail for 14 days, restitution of $2,500 ordered. Deferred disposition for Burglary.
Randall Waltz, 55, of Bristol, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $750, and license suspended for 150 days; also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Nancy Desrosiers, 58, of Portland, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Daniel Rines, 24, of Pittston, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours. Deferred disposition for Criminal Trespass.
Jennifer Wayman, 51, of Woolwich, deferred disposition on two charges of OUI (alcohol).
Timothy Simmons, 54, of Warren, guilty of Operating a Snowmobile Under the Influence, sentenced to jail for five days, fined $500; Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, fined $250, restitution of $257.07; and Failure to Stop Snowmobile, sentenced to five days in jail. Deferred disposition for Eluding an Officer, and Operating a Snowmobile Under the Influence.
Stephen Bryer, 53, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, unconditional discharge.
Brendan McLellan, 32, of Edgecomb, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to 10 months in the Department of Corrections; and Aggravated Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 10 months in the Department of Corrections, restitution of $357.14 ordered. In another matter, guilty of two counts of Violating Conditions of Release, unconditional discharge.
James McKnight, 67, of Damariscotta, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, license suspended 150 days. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 72 hours.
Jason Hunter, 35, of Bristol, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to seven days in jail. Also deferred disposition for Failure to Appear After Bailed. In a separate matter, guilty of OUI (alcohol) sentenced to jail for seven days, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days; and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, sentenced to jail for seven days, fined $250. Deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.
Abby Bragdon, 32, of Dresden, guilty of OUI (drugs or combo), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days. In a separate matter, guilty of OUI (drugs or combo), sentenced to 14 days in jail, fined $500, registration suspended, license suspended for 150 days, and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 14 days. Deferred disposition for Driving to Endanger. In another matter, deferred disposition for Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
Tanya Landry, 45, of Trevett, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with prior, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $500.
