A Celtic prayer service will be held on Ash Wednesday, March 6 at Edgecomb Community Church, UCC, to mark the beginning of the Season of Lent which continues for forty days until Easter Sunday. We’ll share a meal together in Fellowship Hall at 5:30 p.m., followed by the prayer service, which will include Scripture readings, the sacrament of Holy Communion, prayers and the imposition of ashes and/or oil.

All ages are welcome to attend and the meal is free. Come and begin the Lenten season with a special evening of spiritual preparation and worship.
