Two Midcoast companies have combined services: Austin Payment Solutions, LLC, a provider of merchant services, point of sale solutions and a business lending company, has joined with Osman Page, LLC,  a provider of accounting and technology managed services.

 

Osman Page is based in Boothbay Harbor, and Austin Payment Solutions, in Camden. Their services are offered to small- and medium-sized businesses.

 

Chris Austin, founder of Austin Payment Solutions, will assume the role of president of sales and operations.

 

“Our combined model provides small and medium sized businesses with a professional service team and acts as an extension of their business while finding cost saving solution,” he said, in a press release. “We take the time to learn our client’s business as though it was ours own. Our combined experience of over a century will ensure our clients have the solutions and support they need, so they can focus on their craft and not worry about what has been keeping them up at night.”
