Boothbay Harbor Police Department made three arrests between Nov. 9 and 24. Officer Tom Chryplewicz arrested Carol Cushing, 52, of Boothbay on Nov. 9  for failure to appear. Officer Larry Brown and Chief Bob Hasch arrested Stuart “Cody” Wyman, 28, of Wiscasset on Nov. 14 for a domestic violence and terrorizing charge. Sgt. Patrick Higgins arrested Victoria Brown, 49, of Southport on Nov. 14 for operating under the influence.
